New York Fashion Week Trends.

So Fashion Week was last month, and I never got a chance to blog about it, so I'm doing it now. Of course the show was nothing less than perfect, and I'm always so jealous that I never get to go, but my time will come soon. Anyways, the show represented trends for spring 2012. The trends consisted of sporty, metallics, tropical prints, etc. Fashions by Marc Jacobs, Vera Wang, BCBG, Alexander Wang, etc. I chose a few photos that were my favorite, check 'em out. A Night With Art

A few weeks ago I went to the art museum in Midtown Atlanta with my friend for her project. This trip was strictly school related, but I ended up falling in love with some of the pieces. The whole vibe was definitely my style. They had a live band, horderves, a show choir, and fashion pieces. I was even more excited to see random people dressed up for such an occasion. I was not able to get pictures of the pieces that stuck out to me, because it was against the museum policy, but I did snap pictures of the band and local people dressed nicely. Take a look :)

We Found Love

Last week, Rihanna dropped her new music video of her new single off her new album, 'We found love.' I must say this has been one of her best videos considering the concept behind it. It was very raunchy, and romantic in a twisted way. I'm all for different and something daring, so I loved it. And of course the fashionista herself was rocking some amazing outfits like always. I've always considered Rihanna's sense of style more of couture, with a little street flavor, but in this video her style definitely represented street wear, with a hipster touch to it.
